The Story Behind Thy Gift

Thy Gift didn’t begin with a business plan.

It began with a rosary.

Making and praying the rosary became something deeply meaningful in my own life. It changed my relationship with prayer in a beautiful way, and I found myself wanting to share that experience with others.

Then, through our own family journey, I discovered that we could actually learn to make rosaries ourselves. What began as something personal slowly became something we could create and share.

Then came beeswax.

I learned more about the beauty of natural beeswax candles and how candles have always been closely connected with prayer and devotion. I began thinking about families who might want to have something meaningful at home — something they could light while they pray, especially during difficult or uncertain seasons.

And somewhere along the way, the idea became bigger than rosaries and candles.

It became about helping people pray.

Helping families keep faith close.

And sharing the things that have helped us through our own seasons of life.

Then came more ideas.

Children’s faith.
The saints.
Natural care.
Devotional treasures.
Little things that could become reminders of something much greater.

And that’s how Thy Gift has continued to grow — through the seasons of our own life.

We don’t have everything figured out.

We’re simply learning to use the gifts and talents God has given our family, to create something meaningful, provide for our family, and hopefully be a blessing to other families too.

Because we believe that what God gives us is not meant only for ourselves.

A gift received.
A gift nurtured.
A gift shared.
